IS MODEL CODE OF CONDUCT A FARCE???
The nation is witnessing blatant violations of model code of conduct by the political leaders and mostly by the ruling BJP and its leaders in the 2019 Lok Sabha elections.

In many places, government construction sites have billboards with the prime minister’s image on them.
Some public service vehicle are seen being used in Delhi for political advertisement of BJP.
More than 4,400 FIRs have been registered in Maharashtra since March 11 in connection with violation of the model code of conduct.
J-K election department has got nearly 100 complaints of MCC violation.
Thus all political parties are into the MCC violations as reports are pouring in from all over the country.
The political parties today stooped to an accommodative uncontrolled indulgence in violation of MCC because our allworthy “honest” chowkidar is rallying them behind.
The way PM Narendra Modi’s images and messages appeared on Air India boarding passes, railway tickets, billboards and tea-cups shows the BJP is both -- nervous of her performance in the forthcoming election and shamelessly dishonest like any other political party of India. The double standard of Modi stands exposed. He can go to any extent in acts of dishonesty and yet shamelessly rant on convincing the nation of his clean intent.
He has let loose UP CM Yogi Aditya Nath, a goon leader to call Indian Army as “Modi ki Sena” and also allowed him to make communally charged and hate-inciting speeches in election campaigns as he did a few days ago to practically justify Akhlaq lynching in Dadri by saying that the sentiments of the majority community were suppressed by the then government.
Rajasthan governor Kalyan Singh who holds a constitutional post allegedly campaigned for BJP and openly urged the gathering to back Modi.
Former BJP MLA B Suresh Gowda has been charged for violation of election model code of conduct, here on last Sunday,.
About four days ago, Suresh Gowda had organized an election meet at Honasigere and while addressing the gathering, he asked the BJP party workers not to allow anybody from JDS inside the district. He directed the party workers to shout slogans against MLA Gowrishankar if the latter comes to the district.
No serious action has been initiated yet. .
Wonder why we are wasting public money on this Election Commission, which doesn't see, hear or speak..
