Morbi Tragedy

Morbi Tragedy: Do You Still Want To Remain A Bhakt And Sunk In Slavery???

What more will be needed to awaken the conscience of the 'godi' media and heartless bhagats when even horrible pictures of dead and news confirming 55 children among 135 killed in Morbi bridge collapse could not move these stone hearted. Morbi Civil hospital being painted and refurbished ahead of the PM visit three days after the tragedy!! Do we really need this VVVVVIP ‘chamak’ at a time like this?

Imagine the level of noise and all patients are going through who are recovering from tragedy just to appease our PM. Ideally he should see the real face of the hospital and make the minister and officers accountable but here a photoshoot studio is being made – even the roads done up, white cloth partitions erected on either side of the road to welcome the "Maharaja" of negligent government. Such insensitivity was never seen.

When you can have band performance, train inauguration, air shows, multiple dress changes, colourful celebration and floral rains, just 300 km away from the tragic venues, then why not paint, erect stages, hold media coverage, make speeches and other election promotions at the venue??

The fall of the Morbi suspension bridge shows that it resulted due to gross carelessness and negligence. This negligence is not only of Oreva, the contacted repair company with no experience to have handled such a responsible and technically professional job but also of the entire administration and government. It remains to be seen whether the fate and outcome of the Morbi accident will be the same as that of Lakhimpur Kheri?

An SUV is seen coming on camera crushing 4 farmers in Lakhimpur Kheri. After that elections are held in UP and BJP wins all the seats in Lakhimpur Kheri.  Is it that after the elections, this incident will be forgotten if BJP get all the seats in Morbi and under the guise of its success big criminals will be saved? Gujarat goes to polls on 1 and 5 December. Will there the emphasis now be on elections or on investigation? I know, you understand well!!!  If you still do not want to, then it is in your nature – remain lost in bkakti, and sunk in slavery. Damn you.

Jaisukh Patel is the owner of Oreva, the watch making company which was contracted to repair the bridge. Neither an FIR has been registered against Jaisukh Patel nor he has been made one of the prime accuse for this gruesome murder. Yes, it is not the case of accident but an act of heartless murder.

9 small fish i.e. employees not capable of taking administrative decisions have been accused. The bhagats are shamelessly non reactive. They re-forward the trolled messages shamelessly from the comfort of their toilets. These people deserve only this place.

It is clear that Patel's name is not figured anywhere either due to his relationship with politically influential people or the upcoming elections in the state. Had the same happened in any non-BJP ruled state, 'Godi' media, BJP leaders and their troll team would have blasted the sky to such an extent that they would have created a ruckus by the use of all possible filthy language. Till now many of the agencies like CBI, Police, ED, IT would have pressed to conduct raids and searches against many, FIRs would have been registered and many houses bulldozed!!!

In 2019, Jaisukh Patel, the owner of Oreva wrote a book in Gujarati on India's problems and solutions of corruption. He wrote "Only a dictator can solve this problem of corruption in India. Such people are needed in the country. Is our system worthy of democracy? Shouldn't any one person rule in such a situation?"  In this, Patel also gives the example of Russia and China and favours rule of 15 to 20 years by one person.  So what Patel wrote in his book should be read together with the way he grabbed the contract just to cause a huge collapse of the bridge leaving deaths and injuries in hundreds.

Jaisukh Patel says that instead of rule of law, there should be a rule by a dictator in India. Election is a waste of money and it should be stopped. Now imagine how the company of a person with such thinking will work.

Significantly, the statement of Gujarat Police in the court regarding security reasons must not be ignored. Police said that this company was not fit for undertaking the repair work of this bridge. It did not even have capable engineers. The rusted cable of this bridge was not even replaced. Had it been changed, this tragic accident would not have happened. So guess how the owner of the company, Jaisukh Patel, would have won the contract for the repair work of the bridge!!!  What would have been his attitude towards the rules of security.

Take it from me that the entire system, district and state administration and political connections are responsible for this ghastly tragedy. Now nothing more is needed to awaken the conscience of those heartless brutes who are still finding faults in those who lost their lives.
